Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase of products offered through our store. By accessing the website, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Store Eligibility and Service Area
Our products are currently offered for purchase and delivery only within the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled within our supported delivery area or that otherwise do not comply with these Terms.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, features, and pricing as accurately as possible.
Because screens, displays, lighting conditions, production processes, and materials may vary, minor differences in color, finish, texture, or appearance may occur between website images and the final product.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
3. Made-to-Order Products
The VICE Sunset Edition is a made-to-order product.
Production normally requires approximately 6–10 weeks before shipment.
The production period begins after an order has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed.
Production estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect production schedules.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to review, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability, unsupported delivery locations, or other operational issues.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
The VICE Sunset Edition is currently offered at $549 USD, excluding applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges displayed at checkout.
Prices may change in the future without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully accepted and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because each controller is made to order, requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not already started.
After the 48-hour cancellation window, or once production has begun, whichever occurs first, the order is considered final and non-refundable except where otherwise provided in our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

7. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Standard shipping is currently $20 USD per controller order, unless a different rate is displayed at checkout.
The 6–10 week production period does not include shipping transit time.
Once production is complete, the order will be prepared for shipment and transferred to the applicable carrier.
Shipping dates, transit times, and delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues
Because the VICE Sunset Edition is made to order, we do not generally accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after production has started.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

10. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions
We reserve the right to review or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise suspicious.
Customers may be asked to provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order before fulfillment.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, scrape or copy protected content in violation of applicable law, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our systems, or our business.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created for this website, including original text, layouts, graphics, product photography, branding elements, and other original materials, may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, names, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on this website grants ownership of third-party intellectual property.
13. Third-Party Services
Our store may rely on third-party service providers, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, technology providers, and other service providers necessary to process and fulfill orders.
Your use of certain services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.
14. Availability of the Website
We do not guarantee that the website or checkout will always be available without interruption.
Maintenance, technical problems, service-provider outages, security issues, or other events may temporarily affect access to the store.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, supply-chain interruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, widespread service outages, or similar events.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information to the customer.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website or checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms with respect to future use of the website.
19. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
