Return & Refund Policy
Each VICE Sunset Edition controller is made to order and produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of the made-to-order nature of the product, our cancellation and return policy differs from that of standard ready-to-ship products.
Order Cancellations and Changes
You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not already started.
After the 48-hour cancellation window, or once production has begun, whichever occurs first, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
To request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and include your order number.
Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if production has already begun.
Made-to-Order Products
VICE Sunset Edition controllers are individually produced after purchase and normally require approximately 6–10 weeks of production time before shipment.
Because each controller is made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong product
- Delays that remain within the stated 6–10 week production window
- Requests submitted after production has started
Please review all product details and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your controller arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your request should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or video showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging if the product was damaged during shipping
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we may provide an appropriate resolution, including repair or replacement, where applicable.
Please do not return a product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery. If the shipping package appears damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days so that we can review the issue.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
United States Sales Only
At this time, we accept orders and deliver VICE Sunset Edition controllers only within the United States.
Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside the United States may be cancelled.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
